Trip to Monteria Village - Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School

We are pleased to inform you that today’s trip to Monteria Village was an enriching and memorable experience for all the students. The students had an opportunity to engage in various activities, which not only brought them closer to nature but also connected them with the roots of Indian culture. 1. Foot Massage Session:
All students enjoyed a rejuvenating foot massage experience involving sand, stones, and acupressure techniques.

2. Outdoor Games:
Students participated in fun and interactive activities such as tug of war, cricket, and basketball, promoting teamwork and physical fitness.

3. Educational Visit to Compost and Gobar Gas Plant:
The students got a chance to witness the process of composting and the production of gobar gas, learning about sustainable practices.

4. Magic & Puppet Show:
A magic show and puppet performance entertained the students, sparking their creativity and curiosity.

5. Visit to ‘गो शाळा’ (Cow Shelter):
The students visited the गो शाळा and explored the various uses of cow dung, deepening their understanding of traditional practices.

6. Adventurous Sports:
The students enjoyed thrilling activities like the Lakshman Jhula, which was an exciting challenge for many.

7. Rope Show:
A rope show was conducted, showcasing unique skills and creating a sense of wonder among the students.

8. Agriculture Insights:
The students learned about the process of growing crops and how agriculture is carried out in rural areas.

9. Meals and Snacks:
Delicious breakfast, lunch, and snacks were served throughout the day, ensuring the students were well-fed and energized.

10. Rain Dance & Pool Fun:

Students were able to witness the craftsmanship involved in carpentry, pottery, ironwork, tailoring, and even visit a village clinic.
