Celebrating the Spirit of Mathematics at Gurukul

By the divine blessings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and under the guidance of Pujyapaad Shukvallabh Dasji Swamiji and Pujyapaad Harivallabh Dasji Swamiji, Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Secunderabad, proudly celebrated Mathematics Day with unparalleled enthusiasm and creativity.

The Mathematics Department, with the wholehearted participation of our young Gurukulites, orchestrated an event that truly brought the magic of numbers to life. Dressed as legendary mathematicians like Ramanujan, Aryabhatta, and Bhaskaracharya, students performed captivating skits, highlighting concepts such as even and odd numbers and the profound importance of zero.

The event showcased:

Large-scale geometric models like cubes, cuboids, and protractors.
A creatively designed math park and a giant geometry box.
Practical demonstrations of the abacus.
Math-themed songs that added a melodic touch to the day.

These activities exemplified the practical and artistic beauty of mathematics, leaving everyone inspired and awestruck.

The program was gracefully led by Director Mr. Ramachandra Sir and Principal Mr. Krishna Kishore Sir, with the dedicated efforts of our Mathematics Department and support from parents, teachers, and coordinators.
