A Spiritual Start Day 1 of Our South India Tour

South India Tour: Day 1 Highlights
Departure from Kachiguda to Bangalore
Our journey began on the early morning of January 10th, departing from Kachiguda Railway Station to Bangalore via the Vande Bharat Express. At 5:45 am, our students from 6th to 9th classes, accompanied by teachers, embarked on this spiritual adventure. The journey started with the divine chanting of ‘Swaminarayan, Swaminarayan…’ seeking Ghanshyam Maharaj’s blessings for a safe and blessed tour.
Ekadashi Special Breakfast on Vande Bharat Express
To honor the sacred occasion of Ekadashi, we enjoyed a special breakfast on board:
• Paneer & Aloo Cutlet
• Finger Chips
• Fresh Fruits
• Natural Juice
• Fresh Banana
Our students took this opportunity to chant 5000 Swaminarayan mantras, utilizing every moment of travel in devotion. With counter machines in hand, they kept track of their mantras, making this journey spiritually enriching.
Ekadashi Special Lunch
For lunch, we were blessed with a delightful Ekadashi meal:
• Sabudana Kheer
• Crispy French Fries
• Fresh Mixed Fruits
• Creamy Curd
• Refreshing Ice Cream
This divine meal was a perfect way to continue our spiritual journey on Vaikunth Ekadashi.
Arrival in Bangalore & Visit to ISKCON Temple
We reached Bangalore at 1:30 pm and immediately proceeded to the ISKCON temple. Here, we took the blessings of Lord Krishna, an experience that filled our hearts with peace and devotion. The students were spiritually energized and deeply moved by the divine darshan, making this visit a memorable start to our stay in Bangalore.
Visit to Lalbagh Botanical Garden
Next, we visited the serene Lalbagh Botanical Garden. The beauty of nature offered a refreshing retreat for our students, who marveled at the garden’s tranquility and splendor.
Arrival at Bangalore Gurukul
In the evening, we arrived at Bangalore Gurukul, where we settled into our rooms. After freshening up, we had the opportunity to visit the temple and ashram, concluding the day with a peaceful and fulfilling experience.
As we gathered for dinner, the excitement for the next chapter of our journey was palpable. After a day filled with devotion, exploration, and joy, we are now preparing for a restful night. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey to Ooty, Mysore, and Coorg! Good night from Bangalore Gurukul. 🌟🙏
