Say No to Junk Inspiring Healthy Food Habits in Our Students

Promoting Healthy Eating Habits
With the blessings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and the reverent guidance of our Swamiji, along with the continuous support of our dedicated teachers, we recently conducted a Healthy Food Activity aimed at teaching our students the importance of good nutrition.

The activity focused on encouraging children to make healthy food choices and avoid junk food. Students learned about the benefits of nutritious foods like avocados 🥑 and kiwis 🥝, and the importance of eating well to maintain a healthy body and mind.

Through engaging discussions on table manners and the do’s and don’ts of eating, the children gained valuable insights into developing lifelong healthy eating habits. Master Rudra Nihansh and Master Kamal Kishan Singh led the session, ensuring it was both fun and educational. Additionally, students participated by bringing healthy foods from home, fostering greater involvement and enthusiasm.

At our school, we continue to promote the values of health and wellness, helping our students cultivate habits that will benefit them for a lifetime.
