38th Punyatithi of Pujyapad Shastriji Maharaj

The Punyatithi of Shastriji Maharaj, Pujya Pujya Shree Dharmjivandasji Swamiji, the revered founder of the Gurukul organization, was observed with deep reverence at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul, Suryapet.

On this solemn occasion, all teachers offered floral garlands to the portrait of Shastriji Maharaj and paid heartfelt tributes to the visionary saint. As part of the observance, students actively participated in Mantra Lekhan, wherein each student devotedly wrote one full page of Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s mantra.

Students from Grades VI to IX and Transformers collectively and devotionally completed 47,880 repetitions of Mantra Lekhan, reflecting their deep faith, discipline, and spiritual commitment.

Addressing the gathering, Respected Principal Srinivas Anand Sir highlighted the inspiring life, unwavering dedication, and far-reaching vision of Shastriji Maharaj. He emphasized that, owing to Swamiji’s selfless efforts and spiritual leadership, numerous Gurukul institutions are flourishing across India and abroad. He further stated that these Gurukul schools continue to transform the lives of thousands of students by imparting value-based education alongside academic excellence.
