Spiritual Visit to Sai Baba Temple by SGIS Suryapet

As part of Sadvidya Week and with the divine blessings of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan, the esteemed guidance of Pujya Brahmnishtha Saints, and the wholehearted support of our Principal Sir, Director Sir, and the Transformers Team, the students of Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Suryapet embarked on a spiritually enriching visit to the Sai Baba Temple.

This sacred initiative aimed to deepen students’ connection with Indian culture, values, and the spirit of Seva (selfless service).

Highlights of the Visit:

🛕 Temple Tour: Students visited the temple, learning about its rich spiritual and historical significance.
📖 Shikshapatri Distribution: 125 copies of the holy Shikshapatri were respectfully distributed.
🧹 Seva Activities: Students actively participated in cleaning the temple premises and the Goshala (cow shelter).
🐄 Gauseva: They lovingly served and fed cows, experiencing the essence of compassion and duty.

Through these impactful activities, students imbibed the joy of Seva, strengthened their Sanskaras (values), and deepened their appreciation for India’s timeless traditions.

The devotees and local community of Suryapet wholeheartedly appreciated Gurukul’s efforts in shaping young minds with spiritual insight and cultural responsibility.
