On November 8, 2024, Shree Krishna Damodar Joshi Sir visited the Swaminarayan Gurukul Suryapet branch. During his visit, he delivered an insightful speech on the importance of health and well-being, emphasizing the role of yoga in achieving physical and mental balance.

Krishna Damodar Joshi Sir conducted a practical training session for the students, where he demonstrated various yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). He explained how these practices help in reducing stress, alleviating body pains, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall relaxation. The children were actively involved in the session, following his instructions and enjoying the experience.

In addition to the yoga practice, Sir also discussed the significance of a mindful approach to daily life, urging students to incorporate these practices into their routines for a healthier, more peaceful existence.

At the end of the session, Krishna Damodar Joshi Sir blessed the children, encouraging them to continue their journey toward holistic health and well-being. The event was a wonderful learning opportunity for all, and the children left with a deeper appreciation for the benefits of yoga.
