Gita Jayanti – Honouring the Timeless Message of the Gita

The celebration of Gita Jayanti brought a spiritually uplifting atmosphere as students gathered to commemorate the sacred day when Lord Shri Krishna revealed the divine wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. The program began with a beautifully arranged poojan featuring the holy Gita, flowers, akshata, and the idol of Shri Krishna, creating a serene devotional setting.

Pujya Swamiji performed the poojan with deep reverence, followed by an inspiring talk where the importance of the Gita in modern life was explained. Students learned how the teachings of Shri Krishna guide us to live with clarity, responsibility, and righteousness.

A special awareness session was conducted where the speaker demonstrated key insights from the Gita, helping students understand its values in a simple and meaningful way. The children then participated in a peaceful meditation session, sitting attentively and absorbing the essence of dharma, self-discipline, and devotion.

The celebration beautifully connected devotion with learning, reminding students that the Bhagavad Gita is not just a scripture—but a guiding light for life.
