School Council Elections

The School Council Elections were held on August 13, 2024, at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, LARA. The elections were conducted to select student leaders for the positions of Head Boy, Head Girl, Sports Captain, Sports Vice-Captain, and House Captains and Vice-Captains for the four houses: Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and Atharvaveda. The event was organized to promote leadership qualities, responsibility, and democratic values among the students.

The election process was meticulously planned and executed. The candidates for each position were nominated based on their academic performance, leadership qualities, and participation in extracurricular activities. Following the nominations, the candidates campaigned among their peers, presenting their manifestos and explaining their vision for the school.

On the day of the elections, a secret ballot system was used to ensure fair and transparent voting. The entire school participated in the voting process, with students from all classes casting their votes to elect their representatives.
