The Student Council Elections at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, NTPC Lara, were conducted with enthusiasm and discipline on 19th July 2025. The aim of the election was to foster a democratic environment within the school and to develop essential leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and a sense of responsibility among the students.
The election process served as a hands-on learning experience in democratic values and procedures. It was designed to empower students and give them a voice in school affairs while providing an opportunity to understand and participate in the electoral process.

🗳️ Voter Participation
Students from Classes 6 to 10 participated actively by casting their votes at various polling booths set up across the school premises. Each student was allowed to vote for candidates contesting different posts as per the instructions given.
The voting booths were arranged in a systematic manner, and student discipline was commendable throughout the process. Ballot papers, stamping, and vote confidentiality were maintained as per proper electoral procedure.
