Where Hearts Meet Minds, Teacher’s Day Unplugged

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School celebrated Teacher’s Day with immense enthusiasm, reverence, and joy on 5th September. The festivities commenced with a traditional pooja, where Principal Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik, alongside students, respectfully garlanded Lord Swaminarayan and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Students extended a warm and affectionate floral welcome to the faculty members, presenting them with thoughtful tokens of love to honor their dedication and guidance.

The formal ceremony featured heartwarming cultural performances that highlighted the special bond between educators and learners. Students from classes 8 and 9 touched everyone’s hearts with a marvelous and melodious song dedicated to teachers, followed by an inspiring speech delivered by Prem Sagar Thethwar of class 9. The energy peaked with a humorous yet thoughtful fusion dance performance by class 10 students, showcasing both creativity and appreciation for their mentors.

The celebration extended into engaging house-wise game competitions specially arranged by students for the teachers. Laughter and excitement filled the air as students enthusiastically cheered for their educators, creating an atmosphere of shared camaraderie. The memorable day concluded on a delightful note with a small feast organized by class 10 students, leaving everyone with cherished moments of recognition and respect.
