Walking the Path of Peace and Integrity – October 2nd at SSGIS

SSGIS came together in a solemn and inspiring gathering to celebrate the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. The event commenced with all faculty members assembling in the auditorium, where an opening prayer set a peaceful and reflective tone. Teachers then paid their heartfelt respects by offering floral tributes to the portraits of both revered leaders, honoring their monumental contributions to the nation.

This gathering served as a meaningful reminder of the timeless values championed by these national icons, from Gandhi Ji’s principles of truth and non-violence to Shastri Ji’s inspiring call of ‘Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan’ and unmatched personal integrity. Educators reflected on how these ideals remain deeply relevant in modern education, inspiring both students and teachers to cultivate simplicity, dedication, and service to society in their daily lives.
