A Day of Discovery: Exploring Culture and Nature.
We are thrilled to share that our KG and Grade 1 students had a joyful and enriching field trip on Saturday, 5th April 2025. This trip was thoughtfully organized to provide our young learners with meaningful exposure to cultural and natural surroundings. The children were guided and cared for throughout the trip by our dedicated team: Mr. Vikas Gupta, Ms. Sanjulata Nayak, Ms. Reeta Panda, Ms. Akansha Verma, Ms. Bhagyashree Borkhade, and Mr. Babaji Pradhan.

The first destination was the Mahalakshmi Temple, a serene and spiritually uplifting place. Here, students experienced the peaceful ambiance of the temple, learning about the significance of prayer, rituals, and Indian cultural values. They observed the temple’s architecture and idols with great curiosity, and the visit sparked thoughtful conversations and questions among the children.

Following the temple visit, the students proceeded to Indira Vihar, where they enjoyed nature’s beauty and spent quality time playing and interacting with their classmates. The open space gave them an opportunity to observe trees, birds, flowers, and natural surroundings, all while engaging in guided activities and games that promoted teamwork and joy.

The entire day was filled with smiles, excitement, and valuable learning moments. Students returned with happy hearts and wonderful memories, having gained knowledge beyond the classroom walls.

Learning Outcomes from the Field Trip:

🔴 Cultural Awareness – Students developed an understanding of religious practices and cultural heritage.
🔴 Social Skills – Group activities fostered interaction, cooperation, and sharing.
🔴 Curiosity and Observation – The natural setting encouraged students to observe, ask questions, and learn by exploring.
🔴 Self-Confidence – Experiencing the world beyond school in a safe and supportive environment helped boost independence.
