Blue Day Celebration
On 13th September 2024, students of Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School (SSGIS) celebrated Blue Day with enthusiasm and creativity. The color blue, symbolizing calmness and intelligence, was the central theme of the day’s activities.
The celebration aimed at teaching children to:
– *Recognize and identify the color blue*: Students engaged in activities that helped them easily distinguish blue from other colors.
– *Understand the concept of primary colors*: Through fun lessons, children were introduced to blue as a primary color and how it combines with other colors to form new shades.
– *Explore ocean creatures and their habitats*: Students were introduced to the fascinating world of the ocean, learning about various blue-colored sea creatures and their environments.
– *Develop fine motor skills through blue-themed crafts*: Engaging in crafts using blue materials allowed children to enhance their motor skills while having fun.
