‘Celebrating 76 Glorious Years of Unity and Freedom’ The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotism at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School. The event began with an impressive slow march led by Master Shivam Roy, accompanied by Anshul Sahu, Ved Prakash, Alok Patel, and Atharv Mishra, to welcome our respected Principal, Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik. The dignified procession set the tone for the celebrations.
The solemn ceremony continued with our Reverend Principal, Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik, and Admin In-Charge, Shri Vikas Gupta, garlanding the Freedom Fighters’ portraits as a tribute to their sacrifices
The highlight of the ceremony was the flag hoisting, led by the School Head Boy, Master Niven Patley, and the School Head Girl, Miss Neelam Sao. As the tricolour unfurled, the National Anthem resonated, filling everyone with pride and unity.
The cultural performances began with a heartfelt English speech by Miss Ariana Singh of Class 5, followed by a soul-stirring patriotic song under the guidance of the music teacher, Mr. Yashwant Vishwakarma. This was followed by a powerful Hindi speech delivered by Master Samar Choudhary of Class 8.
Next, the PA 3 Medal Distribution ceremony was held, where the G-Star Achievers were recognized for their excellence. The medals were presented by the class teachers in the presence of the principal, encouraging all students to strive for greatness.
A mesmerizing dance performance, choreographed under the guidance of the dance teacher, Miss Pranjal Rajputani, captivated the audience. This was followed by an engaging presentation on the life history of Rani Lakshmi Bai, inspiring everyone with her bravery and patriotism.
The Principal, Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik addressed the gathering, motivating the students with his powerful words and reminding them of their responsibilities as citizens of India.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the distribution of sweets, leaving everyone with cherished memories of a meaningful and joyous celebration.
