‘Powering the Future: Energy Conservation Week 2024′ As part of Energy Conservation Week (08/12/24 – 14/12/24), NTPC conducted a Drawing Competition aimed at spreading awareness about the importance of conserving energy. The competition provided a platform for students from Classes 1 to 10 to express their creativity and ideas on the theme of Energy Conservation through art.
The event aimed to:
1. Raise Awareness: Instill the values of energy conservation in young minds.
2. Foster Creativity: Encourage students to think innovatively about sustainable energy solutions.
3. Promote Participation: Involve students of all age groups in meaningful activities related to environmental sustainability.
Competition Schedule
12th December 2024: Students of Classes 1, 3, and 7 showcased their artistic talent.
11th December 2024: Students of Classes 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10 participated in the competition.
The students enthusiastically created artwork that depicted various aspects of energy conservation, such as renewable energy sources, minimizing energy wastage, and innovative energy-saving practices. Their creativity reflected a deep understanding of the theme and a commitment to creating a sustainable future.
