National Deworming Day - Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School

National Deworming Day On Thursday, 29th August 2024, a Deworming Program was conducted at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, NTPC Lara, in observance of National Deworming Day. The event was graced by the presence of Mrs. Anuradha Sharma, President of Prerita Mahila Samiti, and Ms. Kalpana Tayde, Chief Medical Officer of NTPC Hospital.

A special class was held for students of classes 3, 4, and 5, focusing on the topic ‘Prevention of Worm Infestation.’ The session aimed to educate the young minds on the importance of maintaining proper hygiene and health practices to prevent worm infestations. This initiative is part of the school’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the well-being of its students by raising awareness and promoting healthy habits from a young age.
