‘Wisdom Unveiled: Celebrating Bhagavad Gita Jayanti’ The Bhagavad Gita Jayanti celebration at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School was a spiritually enriching experience observed on 11th December 2024. The event aimed to instil moral values and the timeless wisdom of the Gita in students.

The program commenced with an inspiring speech by the Principal, Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik, who emphasized the significance of the Bhagavad Gita in shaping one’s character and guiding individuals toward righteous living. He highlighted its relevance in modern times, encouraging students to integrate its teachings into their daily lives.

Following the Principal’s address, students from classes 6, 7, and 8 collectively chanted selected shlokas from the Bhagavad Gita, creating a serene and devotional atmosphere. Their chanting resonated with clarity and devotion, reflecting the discipline and effort put into their preparation.

A special highlight of the celebration was the exceptional recitation by Anviya M., a talented student from class 5, who flawlessly chanted 10 shlokas from Chapter 7 of the Bhagavad Gita. Her confident delivery and devotion captivated the audience, leaving a lasting impression.

The program beautifully showcased the essence of the Bhagavad Gita as a guide to life and a source of eternal knowledge. It concluded with a note of gratitude from the event coordinator, thanking everyone for their participation and encouraging students to delve deeper into the teachings of this sacred text.
