Soaring High with Wings of Fire – APJ Abdul Kalam’s Vision 2020

Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, NTPC Lara, solemnly commemorated the 94th Birth Anniversary of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the Missile Man of India and People’s President, on 15th October 2025.

The program began with the garlanding and floral tribute to the portrait of Dr. Kalam by Respected Principal Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik, accompanied by teachers and students. The atmosphere was filled with reverence as everyone remembered the great visionary who dedicated his life to education, science, and nation-building.

Dr. Kalam, a fervent supporter of education and social development, continues to inspire generations with his ideals of simplicity, dedication, and patriotism.

The event was followed by an insightful speech by Respected Principal Dr B.Nagaraja Naik, who spoke about Dr. Kalam’s life, achievements, and vision for a developed India. His words enlightened the students, motivating them to dream big and work hard with honesty and perseverance.

The program concluded on a refreshing and inspiring note, leaving every Gurukulite filled with renewed vision, determination, and respect for the great son of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
