Teachers Training
A detailed Teachers Training and demonstration was conducted on June 11 and 12, 2024, at Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School. This comprehensive program involved all teaching faculties, including the art, music, and sports teachers, each of whom was responsible for presenting a topic of their choice in a 20-minute session. The goal was to showcase different teaching methodologies and inspire their peers with innovative approaches.
The training sessions were highly interactive, with teachers exchanging ideas and learning from one another’s techniques. The diversity of topics and teaching styles contributed to a rich learning experience for everyone involved.
In addition to these peer-led sessions, the Principal, Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik, conducted a special session aimed at enhancing teaching skills. He provided insights into effective teaching strategies and offered practical advice on how to engage students more effectively in the classroom. This initiative not only enriched the teachers’ pedagogical knowledge but also fostered a collaborative learning environment, motivating teachers to continually improve their craft.
