‘Bridging Success: Partnering for Class 10 Excellence’
The Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Class 10 students was held on 22nd November 2024 (Friday) from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM. This meeting was conducted following the successful completion of Phase 3 exams and served as an important platform to discuss students’ academic progress, career planning, and future goals.
Agenda of the PTM
1. General Session:
The meeting began with a general session conducted by our respected Principal, Dr. B. Nagaraja Naik, in the presence of teachers, parents, and students. Dr. Naik addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of consistent efforts in this critical academic year. He provided guidelines for board preparation, highlighting effective study techniques and stress management strategies.
The session also included career clearance guidance, where students and parents were briefed about potential career paths, stream selection for higher studies, and the importance of aligning career goals with individual strengths and interests.
2. Parent-Teacher Interaction:
After the general session, parents had the opportunity to interact directly with subject teachers. These one-on-one discussions provided a platform for parents to understand their child’s strengths and areas needing improvement. Teachers shared detailed feedback on each student’s performance in the Phase 3 exams, focusing on their progress and suggesting actionable steps for further improvement.
3. Healthy Discussion:
The session fostered a healthy and collaborative discussion between parents and teachers. Queries related to academic strategies, homework routines, and upcoming board exam preparations were addressed. Parents appreciated the insights and support provided by the teachers and shared valuable feedback to strengthen the learning environment.

The PTM was a fruitful session, strengthening the parent-teacher-student partnership.
