Jignesh Domadia – Entrepreneur in the United States | Proud Alumnus of Gurukul Rajkot, Batch: 1989

The Moment That Transformed Him

When Pujya Mahant Swami Shri Devprasaddasji Swami started his Satsang Vicharan in the USA, it marked a turning point in Jigneshbhai’s life. Each year, when Swamiji visited his home, Jigneshbhai felt himself drawn closer to his teachings, his simplicity, and his divine presence.

During one such katha, Swamiji shared a line that changed his destiny forever:

Those words struck deep into his heart. At that time, Jigneshbhai was a successful entrepreneur, proudly owning ten pizza stores — all serving non-vegetarian food. Business was thriving, life was comfortable, and success seemed assured.

But that single line awakened his conscience. That night, his heart wrestled between profit and principle — but faith whispered louder than fear.

He asked himself, “Can a business truly be called successful if it doesn’t please My God, Bhagwan Swaminarayan and My Guru, Sadguru Mahant Swami Shri Devprasaddasji Swamiji?”

Faith Over Fortune

The question refused to fade. It stirred his soul and reshaped his entire view of success.

In 2019, Jigneshbhai made an extraordinary choice — one that few entrepreneurs would ever dare to make. He decided to sell all his stores and walk away from a highly profitable business. By 2021, he had sold every one of them, following his Guru’s command with unwavering faith, obedience, and surrender.

It wasn’t just a business decision. It was a spiritual revolution — a bold declaration that purity matters more than prosperity.

Guided by Divine Principles

Deeply rooted in the teachings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s Shikshapatri, Jigneshbhai’s life became a living example of the Gurukul motto — Transforming Life.

He aligned every decision with dharma and truth. The blessings of Pujya Guru Maharaj and Pujya Mahant Swami served as his guiding light, steering him through every choice.

He believed that spiritual obedience is the highest form of intelligence, and his life began to reflect that divine wisdom.

The Test of True Success

Walking away from ten thriving businesses was difficult. He faced financial uncertainty, social pressure, and emotional struggles. Many asked, “Why give up something so successful?”

But Jigneshbhai knew that success without peace is failure. He trusted that Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s path may test you — but it never abandons you.

Faith Rewarded — Beyond Imagination

Soon after, divine grace began to unfold in unimaginable ways.

Through Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s krupa (divine grace) and the blessings of Pujya Guru Maharaj and Pujya Mahant Swami, Jigneshbhai entered the medical field — a profession rooted in seva (selfless service), purity, and healing.

Today, he stands as the Master Franchise Owner for the entire Phoenix, Arizona region, having opened three medical clinics and sold twelve more franchises to local doctors.

What the world saw as a loss became a divine exchange — he traded profit for peace, and found both in abundance.

When you walk in obedience to your Guru, you’ll never lose anything — you’ll only gain divine blessings.”

We prosper not by what we gain, but by what we purify. When purity becomes our foundation, prosperity becomes our companion.

A Timeless Truth for the World

In a world obsessed with numbers and titles, Jigneshbhai’s journey highlights a timeless truth: The greatest success isn’t measured by accomplishments but by obedience to one’s Guru and living each day guided by Satsang and the Shikshapatri.

He didn’t turn away from success; he embraced grace.

In an era when the world pursues wealth, his story shows that when you select values (dharma), wealth itself appears in divine form.

He has proven himself to be a true Gurukulite and a devoted follower of Bhagwan Swaminarayan.
