While Vishal’s parents were searching for a suitable bride for him, they came across a girl who was outwardly very beautiful and attractive. His family, captivated by her external charm, were eager to proceed with the marriage.

But Vishal, a proud Gurukul Alumnus, looked at marriage through a different lens. For him, marriage was not just about appearance, status, or modern comforts—it was about sanskar, service & spirituality.

When he met the girl, Vishal set forth his conditions. They were not about wealth, lifestyle, or luxury. Instead, they were simple yet profound:

But the girl wasn’t ready. She wanted to live her life like a modern-age princess—just herself and her prince, without the responsibility of family or dharmic values.

At that moment, Vishal had a choice. He could ignore his principles for the sake of convenience, or he could stand firmly by the sanskar instilled in him by Gurukul.

He chose the latter.
With clarity in his heart, Pankaj declined the proposal.

For him, true beauty was not the charm of the face but the purity of values. Marriage, he believed, was not just a bond of two bodies, but a union of faith, duty, and service.

Vishal’s decision reflected his depth of character and the profound respect he carried for the teachings of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and Shikshapatri.

He proved that sanskar, Shikshapatri, and the spirit of service hold far greater value than external beauty or even worldly definitions of a “successful” marriage.
