Essence of All the Scriptures
सच्छास्त्राणां समुद्धृत्य सर्वेषां सारमात्मना ।
पत्रीयं लिखिता नृणामभीष्टफलदायिनी ||२०४ ||
I (Bhagwan Swaminarayan) have written this Shikshapatri by incorporating therein the essence of all the sacred scriptures, which fulfills wishes of every human being. (204)
“My Speech is My Form”
वक्त्रभावे तु पूजैव कार्याऽस्या: प्रतिवासरम्।
मद्रूपमिति मद्वाणी मान्येयं परमादरात् ||२०९||
When there is no one to read this Shikshapatri to them, they shall worship it daily with great reverence. All followers shall reverently honor My words as a personified form of My own divine self. (209)
Supreme Assurance
वर्तिष्यन्ते य इत्थं हि पुरुषा योषितस्तथा ।
ते धर्मादि चतुर्वर्गसिद्धिं प्राप्स्यन्ति निश्चितम ||२०६||
My male and female disciples who will strictly act according to this Shikshapatri will surely achieve all the
Four Goals of Human Life i.e. Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. (206)
So, Let’s Follow Shikshapatri Vigilantly
इमामेव ततो नित्यमनुसृत्य ममाश्रितै:
यतात्मभिर्वर्तितव्यं न तु स्वैरं कदाचन ||२०५||
Therefore all My disciples shall always vigilantly act according to this Shikshapatri and shall never act according to their own whims. (205)
